✓Farming almost 300ha of wheat, rapeseed, beans, barley and cover crops - you will be responsible for working the farm from drilling to harvest including spraying and application of liquid fertiliser.
✓The world's first certified carbon and plastic neutral family farm, the business parked the plough up in 1998 and have moved towards min-till and more efficient, modern methods of farming.
✓You will be the "right-hand person" to the farm owner who is open to your ideas, and you will join a supportive team who will provide you with personal development and support.

✓What skills do I need?
✓The ability to work independently will be vital for this role, however you will be part of a wider farm and manufacturing team who will answer any questions you have.
✓An interest in regenerative farming, sustainability, and conservation would align with this forward-thinking farm.
✓Experience of sprayer operations is essential, as well as your sprayer qualifications PA1 and PA2
✓Communication is key as you will be working with an independent agronomist, speaking with buyers, and spending your tea-break with colleagues.
