✓Account Manager [Large Format Digital Print]

✓£30k - £35k [depending on experience]
✓The Role:
✓* Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the clients requirements
✓* Build and develop a trusted advisor relationship with new customers
✓* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to their needs and objectives
✓* Quote bespoke jobs accurately and follow up for feedback
✓* Process orders working with production to achieve tight deadlines
✓* Full project management for bespoke jobs inclusive of print, installation, supplier, and joinery work
✓* Manage multiple projects to tight timescales and differing complexities
✓Requirements:
✓* Proven sales/account management or other relevant print experience
✓* Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients & colleagues
✓* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
✓* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at any time while playing strict attention to detail
✓* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
✓* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
