✓An international, award-winning architectural practice, who have recently been in the Times 100 medium companies to work for, are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their close-knit and collaborative finance team
✓This is an office-based role and the company offer many days holidays and excellent benefits.
✓This role is working very closely with the Finance Director to undertake purchase ledger activities including processing invoices, liaising with creditors and suppliers, and completing twice monthly pay run
✓In addition, you will manage the office credit cards and process employee expenses and memberships.
✓The successful candidate will have proven experience with reconciliations and payment runs and be able to challenge and investigate queries.
✓The ideal candidate will have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
✓A minimum of 2 years purchase ledger experience is required for this role.
✓Strong Excel skills and good MS Word skills are essential.
✓Experience of Access Accounting is highly desirable.
✓Experience in an architectural practice or design environment would be advantageous.
