Architect
Description✓Conrad Consulting are working with an award winning Architectural Practice based in Market Harborough that require an Architect to assist in delivering an ever-expanding workload.
✓This medium-large sized practice focus heavily on high quality design, and although based in Leicestershire, they design and manage projects nationwide
✓A team of approximately 25, you will be joining a burgeoning team of Architects, Technologists and Architectural Assistants, all working closely together to deliver award winning projects in multiple sectors and project types
✓Projects are within the predominantly within the Healthcare and Residential sectors, however they also work on Commercial & Leisure projects valuing north of £20m
✓Experience within these sectors is therefore beneficial
✓Other requirements for this Architect role include:
✓Completed Part 1/2/3 qualifications
✓ARB registered / RIBA chartered [desirable]
✓Approximately 2 years of post qualification experience, preferably in a private practice environment
✓ArchiCAD knowledge advantageous
✓Creative Flair Strong and Design & Technical Abilities
✓Job Running Experience [desirable]
✓Excellent communication & organisational skills
✓Able to work within a team, offering leadership when required

✓Salary offered is between £34,000 - £38,000 dependant on experience, alongside a competitive benefits package
