Architectural Assistant [RIBA Part 2]
Description✓Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a small, privately owned Architectural studio near Stockport are looking for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant.
✓This is a small, yet highly ambitious Architectural practice
✓They are looking to grow their business in a measured way: To accommodate for an ever-increasing workload whilst retaining the core values and culture of their business
✓Projects here typically fall within the Commercial, Residential and Retail sectors
✓They are not limited to these areas and have plans to diversify in the years to come
✓Their current staff have mostly been with the company for a minimum of 5 years and their Directors bring a modern and youthful approach to running their business whilst retaining the core values that have made them such a success
✓They have a culture of internal promotion and are keen to push younger and 'lesser-experienced' members of staff through the ranks
✓This is somewhere that you will be given job-running responsibilities, be given support from Senior members of staff and most importantly be rewarded for it with a good salary and benefits package.

✓We would hope candidates meet the following criteria:
✓* RIBA Part 2 qualification.
✓* Minimum of 1 year of industry experience.
✓* Well rounded construction knowledge.
✓* Good interpersonal skills
✓Ability to communicate with internal and external teams.
✓* AutoCAD skills are essential, REVIT is preferable as well but not essential.
✓* Knowledge of Microsoft office, Sketch-up and Photoshop are also a minimum requirement
✓* Lives local to Stockport, Macclesfield, Wilmslow or in the East Cheshire region.
✓* Full driving licence with access to a car.
✓Salary: £26,000-£30,000 per annum.
✓This opportunity will offer the successful candidate significant exposure to large scale projects across the North West and on a national scale
