Architectural Technologist
Description✓A highly successful Architectural practice requires an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team in Kent.

✓Current projects include multi-unit Residential schemes for developers, Commercial offices, Education facilities, Industrial and Retail schemes as well as notable Healthcare projects.
✓The ideal Architectural Technologist will come with drive and determination to really excel in their career and demonstrable experience of operating within the UK Architecture industry
✓Both AutoCAD and Revit are utilised at the practice and so proficiency with these software packages and familiarity with BIM would be highly desirable
✓You will also need to be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

✓Architectural Technologist Requirements:
✓Relevant Architectural qualification
✓Min 5 years UK Architectural industry experience
✓Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations as well as architectural detailing, construction technologies and sustainable design solutions
✓Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
✓Understanding of BIM
✓Good communication skills are essential
✓Both Written and verbal.
✓Full UK Driving License - ideal
