Architectural Technologist
Description✓Architectural Technologist required to join one of Birmingham's longest standing practices, based in the heart of Birmingham city centre
✓Due to an influx in workload, there is now an opening for a Architectural Technologist to join this award winning practice, with the intention of running your own projects whilst leading a small team of junior level Architectural Technicians
✓Projects vary in size and value, in sectors which include; Residential, Education, Industrial, Student Accommodation and Commercial schemes
✓The practice pride themselves on developing high quality schemes predominantly throughout the Midlands region, but do have a number of projects running nationwide
✓Joining this practice as a Architectural Technologist, you will be tasked with producing high quality drawing packages alongside attending client/site visits.
✓Experience working on a broad range of projects and sectors would be highly advantageous, alongside thorough knowledge of the software package Microstation
✓Whilst experience using Microstation would be desirable, training can be provided for those needing to convert from other packages such as AutoCAD and Vectorworks etc
✓Revit proficiency would also be highly advantageous for this position.
✓The practice are in an enviable location and with close public transport links, this opportunity can be accessible to those travelling from outside of Birmingham city centre
✓An aspect of travel may be included in the position, so a full UK driving license and access to a car would be highly desirable
✓A lucrative salary in the region of £30,000 - £36,000 per annum [dependant on experience] and an attractive benefits package will be on offer to the successful candidate.
