✓We are looking for an Assistant Manager for a fashion store in the Cork
✓We are looking for a driven ambitious Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor to come on board who has proven experience in driving KPIs & delivering a world-class customer experience
✓You will be joining a diverse and transparent business which is long standing over the years in the Irish market, with over 20 plus stores across the NI and ROI region as well as a brand that is worldwide recognised
✓This companies stores have a sense of fun offering an engaging environment when entering their store providing each customers with a personal service
✓Assistant Manager duties will include;
✓Supporting the Store Manager with the smooth operation and day-to-day running of this high profile store
✓Drive all KPIs such as sales, conversion, UPT
✓Ensure high calibre customer service at all times
✓Support & encourage the on-going development of your team through regular training and personal development plans
✓Analyse commercial reports such as best sellers and category reports to ensure the shop floor is reflective of the current market and VM standards are strong.
✓Working inline with company policies and procedures
✓Regular in store auditing and maintaining your inventory results against business targets
✓Opening and closing the store as a key holder
✓Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding with the support of your Store Manager.Whats on offer at Assistant Manager;
