✓CAD Technician / Draughtsman for Set Construction

✓The Client:
✓A leading set production company supplying set and decoration to a wide range of product launches, fashion shows, exhibitions, and private events Primarily they provide design, scenery, lighting and AV.
✓As part of the design team they now need a candidate who is looking to develop their skills under the guidance of an experienced CAD manager to progress their career.
✓Role Summary:
✓Our client is looking for a candidate who can assist design and deliver exiting projects to their clients, working on product launches, fashion shows, exhibitions and parties
✓The role will involve technical knowledge and experience in using Auto CAD, Sketch up, Illustrator and Photoshop.
✓The successful candidate will:
✓* Be proficient in Auto CAD/ Sketch up
✓* Have a knowledge of Illustrator/ Photoshop and In Design
✓* Ideally have a technical knowledge of set build
✓* An eye for design, detail and finish.
✓This role is office based and acts as a back up to the project managers and workshop build teams
✓Primarily the successful candidate will be Creating client visuals for the project managers and build drawings for the construction team
✓The role also involves the creation of files and programming the CNC machine
✓So requires an understanding of scheduling and meeting deadlines.
✓Office hours are 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday with additional overtime required on occasion.
