Client Services Executive / Estimator - Large Format Print

✓Large Format Print Industry

✓Salary £26k-£30k DOE
✓Due to growth and increased work load my client based in St Albans is looking for a young, hungry individual who can help manage clients and support the Project Managers.
✓Responsibilities
✓Build strong relationships with direct clients and client agencies
✓Represent the company in a professional manner in all Client contact
✓Understand the Clients marketplace
✓Take client briefs and upload jobs to systems
✓Providing quotes & estimates on jobs
✓Chase invoices and POs.
✓Be able to set expectations and deliver effectively against them
✓On-going project status information to Manager / ClientKey Roles
✓Ensure the company delivers against Client SLAs
✓Interpret and communicate project brief to internal teams
✓Build client store allocation matrices and gain client sign off
✓Communicate / maintain project plan and timings to all parties
✓Communicate logistics / overs to thirds party locations
✓Ensure all jobs are invoiced once delivered
✓Estimate jobsMinimum Requirements:
✓Large format print industry knowledge essential - 1-3 years preference
✓Microsoft Excel - to an intermediate standard at least
✓Microsoft Office Suite
✓Articulate and highly organised
✓Excellent Communicator
