Description✓Complaint Handler

✓As a Complaint Handler, you will be an integral part of utilising data and innovation to ensure we provide a first-class level of service to our customers
✓You will handle a caseload of customer complaints, providing resolutions and suggesting business improvements to improve the customer journey, while adhering to regulatory guidelines and timescales
✓Day to Day Responsibility
✓o Effectively manage complaints regarding regulated products.
✓o Ensure that complaints are dealt with in the most appropriate way, are properly investigated and dealt with effectively to reach an appropriate outcome
✓o To liaise with service providers by telephone and in writing to provide a high quality of service for our customers
✓o Responsible for own caseload and achievement of regulatory deadlines
✓o Record complaints accurately and completing administrative duties relevant to the role
✓o Proactively identifying solutions through root cause and providing feedback where applicable to prevent potential ongoing issues
✓o Review complaints for learning and service improvement
✓o To be committed to the fair treatment of customers and demonstrate a reasonable and proportionate approach to complaints management
✓o To be always committed to the fair treatment of customers
✓o Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies and FCA Conduct Rules
✓About You
✓o Good understanding and knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements
✓o Experience in dealing with customer complaints, and customer service.
✓o Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
✓o Able to investigate, analyse and interpret customer information and act according to business rules
✓o Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Financier & Charter
✓o Experience of working with other stakeholders, suppliers, and 3rd parties
✓o Good understanding of the principles of TCF
