Credit Controller
Description✓Portfolio Credit Control are currently working with a well-established modelling agency who have worked on some of the most notable projects in the industry such as London fashion week and Paris fashion week
✓This incredible business has worked with some of the most iconic names in fashion and continuously maintain a family ethos even with such a large presence in the scene.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Managing the credit control function for the agency
✓Chasing payments
✓Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
✓Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients/models
✓Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and credit control processes
✓Issuing Visas
✓Reduced the aged debt
✓Other general administrative duties
✓Requirements:
✓Proven experience in credit control, preferably in a similar industry - 5+ years
✓Strong communication and negotiation skills
✓Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
