✓Design Manager required for a design and manufacturer of products for the interior design industry, specialising in plaster work based in the Sutton area
✓The successful candidate will play a key role within the company developing designs of architectural plasterwork in the very special projects that the company is involved with
✓You will be responsible for leading the creative development from initial concept across multiple projects.
✓Design Manager Position Overview
✓Take responsibility for managing the design process of our architectural plasterwork designconcepts and visions through sketches and CAD drawings using historic information to back
✓up your creative process
✓Prepare, develop and attend presentations for client meetings
✓Coordinate and oversee project documentation such as drawing schedules, approvals, etc.
✓Coordinating our designs with other interfacing trades' designers
✓Managing design development programmes, meeting deadlines for design elements
✓Additionally, you will continue to ensure our website and social media is up to date withcurrent projects and company news
✓You will also be involved in securing new projects for
✓the company as design is at the forefront of this process
✓Design Manager Position Requirements
✓A positive, energetic and outgoing personality with enthusiasm for high quality interiors
✓Highly proficient in AutoCAD
✓The ability to express design concepts
✓Experience of working on UK high end residential, hotel or retail projects
✓Knowledge of classical architecture would be a bonus
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written to communicate theirscheme to high-end clients
✓Pro-active, can-do attitude
✓Desire to learn and improve
✓Design Manager Position Remuneration
✓Salary- Circa £40,000
✓25 days holiday plus bank holidays
