DescriptionHead of Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager - Winchester [hybrid - 3 days in the office/week]
Salary: up to £55,000 dependent on experience
I have a new and exciting opportunity with one of my clients, a modern and energetic design agency looking to enhance both their in-house and client-side marketing capabilities.
Your initial focus will be on driving my client's marketing strategies and campaigns to boost growth, as well as work alongside their own clients to offer dedicated marketing support.

Responsibilities:
Create, monitor and optimise engaging content, with a focus on SEO
Implement, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels for both clients and in-house
Plan and monitor social media activity for clients and in-house
Launch and manage paid and organic online advertising campaigns for clients through various social media platforms and Google Ads.
Understanding how to optimise campaign targeting and configuration to achieve best ROI
Plan and manage PPC campaigns
Produce strategy for, implement and manage SEO campaigns including keyword research, backlink building, and on-site SEO
Monitor competitor activity and recommend activity to enhance SEO and CRO
Prepare email campaigns, manage distribution and report on results
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and websiteRequirements:
Degree in Marketing/related subject
5+ years of marketing experience
Experience with paid social media and digital advertising campaigns
Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques and tools like Google Analytics
Familiarity with CMS, specifically WordPress
Good knowledge of SEO, SEM and email marketing tools
Knowledge of email marketing software
Familiarity with basic editing software like CorelDraw/VideoStudio to create brochures and newsletters
Vimeo for video creation and hosting
Familiarity with website optimisation tools like Hotjar & SimilarWeb
