Electrical Design Engineer
Description✓Our client, A Property Consultancy are seeking an Electrical Engineer based in Stockport
✓They are property experts Project Management, Construction, Surveying and Architectural Services for your new-build or refurbishment, including bid preparation to secure all types of Education funding.
✓This role will include all aspects of an electrical engineering
✓You must be able to carry out condition surveys, design full systems, calculations to accommodate designs and budget estimates
✓You will have the passion and drive to manage projects in accordance with the client's brief and programme, developing good business and customer relations
✓Your work will range from conceptual through to detailed design, preparing tender documentation and monitoring of works on-site.

✓Electrical Engineer position based in Stockport
✓Carry out condition surveys, design full systems, calculations to accommodate designs and budget estimates
✓Working on Commercial, Educational and housing projects
✓Work alongside clients to develop their strategies and plans
✓Design and deliver a range of schemes within different sectors with contracts ranging from 100k - 3 million from single projects to large-scale programmes of work we deliver against our client's objectives
✓Unique range of expertise and an integrated approach to the design, construction, management, maintenance and care of buildings
✓Electrical Engineer Position Requirements
✓Experience in a similar role as an Electrical Engineer
✓Educated to at least degree level in electrical engineering or building services engineering.
✓Chartered and a member of a relevant body [working towards this will be considered].
✓Experience in the management of building services projects from concept through to handover.
✓Knowledge and experience of using AutoCAD is essential.
✓Proven ability to develop designs conscious of energy conservation, sustainability and with a knowledge basis of renewable technologies.
✓Knowledge of mechanical systems would be advantageous but not necessary.
✓Knowledge and experience of working in the education sector would be advantageous
✓Electrical Engineer Position Remuneration
✓Salary expectations [D.O.E] £40k - £60k
✓Car allowance or Company car [to be discussed]
