Exhibition Project Manager
Description✓Exhibition Project Manager opportunity for our dynamic, innovative audio-visual solutions award winning client
✓Well established and due to significant client wins they are looking to grow their team.
✓The role:
✓Assisting with technical and production specifications - Quotations, CAD plans, site visits
✓On site at event - management of entire process including: technical delivery, onsite crew and other bought in services, safety management.
✓Managing and developing relationships with clients.
✓Assisting with screen hire, dry hire and cross hire requests as required.
✓Using the Portal System for management of jobs.
✓Managing and liaising with suppliers.
✓Regular updating of clients and attending meetings
✓Budget planning and control.
✓Post event - detailed feedback and analysis of event with client
✓The candidate:
✓Wide experience of live event industry with proven ability to handle events with technical budgets up to £80,000.
✓Ideally experience of the Exhibition industry.
✓Practical technical and production experience and knowledge of all aspects of live events including: Audio, Video systems, Lighting, Set and Staging, Production, Health & Safety
✓Practical experience and understanding of Health and Safety legislation and requirements.
✓Working on own initiative and under pressure to deliver to tight deadlinesDesirable Skills
✓AutoCAD
✓H&S - IOSH Qualified
✓Full Driving license
✓Strong technical skills of AV systems
✓Planning & organisational skills
✓Calm under pressure
✓Analytical & Problem solving skills
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Attention to detail
