✓What does success look like? You will be expected offer creative solutions following best practises and procedures
✓Working as part of a team to ensure work is completed on time and to the standards set.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Follow the training plan set by your line manager to develop your artwork skills and technical knowledge
✓Develop a working knowledge of the print processes and develop the ability to work with artwork files, cutter guides and brand guidelines to ensure our packaging is fit for purpose
✓Ensure the creation of your design work/files meets the criteria set by our creative and production teams
✓Learn and follow client brand guidelines
✓Self-monitor work in progress liaising with senior members of the team to ensure it meets quality, time & cost standards in line with brief objectives and budgets
✓Have fun and produce the best work you can
✓What we are looking for:
✓A creative thinker, excited by retail and brand design
✓Excellent attention to detail with an eye for consistency
✓Experience with Adobe programmes especially Illustrator and Photoshop
✓A desire to learn with the ability to pick up new skills, processes & systems quickly
✓A confident communicator
✓A driven individual with a passion for success
✓A team player
