✓A fantastic opportunity for an HR Generalist to join an award winning, well established, growing design consultancy, based in West London.
✓This innovative and forward-thinking business need an experienced HR professional to work closely with their COO to help shape the HR for the business as they grow.
✓This is currently a standalone position, with scope to build a team as the business grows.
✓This is an office-based role with incredible benefits, including an in-house chef!
✓Key responsibilities will include:
✓Management of the hiring process, probationary periods, references, variation letters, on-boarding, and management of their leaving process
✓Working alongside with the Finance Department on payroll matters
✓HR Audit
✓Appraisals
✓Generation of HR reports and statistics for senior team
✓Management of HR system
✓Advising on visa applications
✓Working closely with recruitment agencies on behalf of Partners, and maintaining an updated salary benchmarking guide
✓Ensuring all policies are up to date, including undertaking a policy review and relaunch HR policies
✓HR strategy and projects
✓Managing the system upgrade to Rapport - cleaning data and transferring over.
✓Assisting with setting up a staff intranet
✓Supporting the organisation and Partners with HR related matters, including any flexible working, parental, performance, grievance, or disciplinary matters.Candidate specification:
✓3-5 years' experience as a HR Generalist
✓CIPD qualified or HR Degree
✓Strong organisational and time management skills and experience of managing and prioritising workload
✓Previous experience of using Rapport would be advantageous
✓An understanding and knowledge of UK employment law
✓Full understanding of best practices
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
✓Experience within design or architecture
