✓Are you a Graphic Designer at the early stages in your career and looking for the next step? Are you seeking a role that will allow you to grow and develop design and photography skills in various areas?

✓We are currently working with a well-established Caerphilly based business who are looking to grow their Marketing team
✓Whilst we are looking for experience, please don't be put off applying if you don't have experience in all areas of the duties - full training will be given.
✓Here's what you'll be doing:
✓Creating high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, data sheets, flyers, posters, trade ads, animated graphics, and design.
✓Working closely with a Marketing Executive and Marketing Agency on the company's website.
✓Creating initial design concepts through brainstorming, sketching and computer design software - demonstrating illustrative skills.
✓Designing elements of product labels and packaging materials for products.
✓Working with customers on a wide range of supporting materials.
✓Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive designs based on business and marketing campaign objectives.
✓Creating a best-practice content management system for all assets.
✓Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.You'll also be involved in photography:
✓Creating and editing both pure product shots as well as occasional in-situ photography in print and digital, producing digital images that can then be used across all communication channels.
✓Retouching, resizing, and enhancing images as needed using Photoshop or other photography software.
✓Responsible for in-house commercial photography such as profile headshots etc.
✓Creating briefs for photoshoots when working with external agencies on larger projects.
✓Experience in commercial videography would be advantageous
✓The skills and experience you'll bring to the team:
✓You'll be a proactive person who's keen to learn and develop
✓You'll be a team player who works well with others
✓You'll have experience in a Design based Marketing role
✓You'll have proven graphic design experience.
✓You'll be competent with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop
✓Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software will be a huge advantage
