Large Format Project Manager
Description✓Role: Project Manager – Large Format Graphics
✓Salary: circa £38K + Car allowance
✓Location: Welwyn Garden City , Hertfordshire
✓My client are a leading provider of Large Format Graphics and are looking for a highly
✓charismatic and enthusiastic Project Manager to join their team.
✓* Maintain first class relationships with clients – must be able to develop relationships with people of all seniorities and engage with them.
✓* Carry out site surveys – there will be a variety of travel involved with this role across the UK [expensed] but the successful candidate needs to be willing to be out and about seeing clients in different areas.
✓* Effectively manage client projects from end to end, to time, to spec and to budget
✓* Create client quotations.
✓* Brief Production, Studio and Installation teams effectively to manage projects
✓* Liaise tightly with Installations to ensure that all jobs are scheduled and prioritised appropriately to the client and our own internal needs; keep clients updated
✓* Liaise with design agencies, clients, sub-contractors and installers to get the job done
✓* Put jobs through the system as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure that Studio/H&S/Print Room/Workshop have a reasonable amount of time to get work produced
✓* Prioritise your own workload and client requests
✓* Maintain a high quality of work and customer service at all times.
✓Skills and Experience
✓* Superb project management skills; able to prioritise, multi-task, stay calm under pressure and delegate effectively
✓* Equally good communication skills, written and verbal
✓* Commercially-focused; sales and customer-service driven
✓* Previous account management/project management experience is essential within the Large Format Graphics industry.
