✓To be considered for this role you must be a conscientious and motivated Graduate SEN Learning Support Assistant who has previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role and an easy ability to communicate
✓Your portfolio will include a passionate and exuberant attitude, committed to the well-being of students and the enthusiasm to engage with them in a small group environment
✓Ideally, the school need a Graduate SEN Learning Support Assistant who is able to think on their feet and cope with a heavy workload
