Marketing Account Manager
Description✓Are you an Account Manager, with a strong Digital understanding, looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a leading Automotive Services provider, is on the lookout for a Marketing Account Manager to join their fast-paced but highly supportive team in Greater Bristol.
✓This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of £35,500
✓They operate on a hybrid working pattern, requiring a minimum of 2 days a week on-site [Wednesdays mandatory]

✓The Role
✓As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be an active member of the Retention and CRM team, sitting within the wider Brand and Communications department
✓This role links together the in-house Design Studio, Digital, Insight and business teams, along with external agencies and stakeholders
✓You will be managing the end-to-end process of briefing and managing campaign deliverables and budgets, producing timing plans and managing delivery of projects
✓This role covers the day-to-day management of retention/CRM campaigns, including EM, DM, SMS, Web, and other channels
✓You will also be responsible for evaluating campaigns, reviewing against KPIs, and making informed recommendations for future activity.
✓About You
✓To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience:
✓* Marketing background - ideally gained in a fast-paced, consumer business
✓* End-to-end campaign management/communications experience
✓* On and offline comms experience e.g
✓email, DM, SMS, Web & App content, SEO, PR
✓* Good experience in email marketing [including A/B testing] and briefing data selections
✓* Creative briefing, copywriting, and editing
✓* Briefing and managing print requirements
✓* Understanding of metrics and reporting
✓* Excellent listening and communication skills
✓* Dynamic, flexible and adaptable to change
✓* Strong attention to detail
✓* Intuitive with a good eye for compelling creative
✓* Well organised and able to work to tight deadlines
✓* Ability to use own initiative and a self-starter
✓* Team player
✓This would ideally suit a current agency-based Account Manager or Digital Account Manager, looking to make a move in-house but staying in a fast-paced environment.
