Marketing Executive

I'm working exclusively with a rapidly growing Build-to-Rent property operator dedicated to creating unique communities throughout the UK who, due to exciting growth plans, are looking to add a Marketing Executive to their close-knit marketing team
Working towards a B-Corp accreditation and in the process of building a new site, the business has lots in the pipeline and as such will need a strong team player with confident communication skills to liaise with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
To make up for their efforts, the Marketing Executive will be able to take advantage of benefits such as flexible working, free and discounted hotel stays, a KPI bonus scheme and days off for volunteering
This is a hybrid role, being 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH and has a salary of £28,000 - £30,000.

The Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will support and play an important role within the marketing team by building strong relationships with a number of third parties as well as internal stakeholders and involvement in the overall marketing strategy and campaigns by offering suggestions and sharing ideas with the primary goal of driving enquiries through owned business channels [i.e
social media & web]
You will also work closely with agencies [acting as a point of contact] in order to oversee and proof projects, ensuring they're on-brand and accurate to brief
On occasion, you will create organic content for social media [TikTok, Facebook, Instagram] and email marketing channels, and get involved in the organisation and running of events.
About You
* Possess a well-rounded marketing skillset, with a good working knowledge of the full mix and understanding of consumer-led strategies
* Excellent, confident communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and successfully convey requirements/ideas
* Have strong written ability and experience in copywriting for a variety of channels
* Be a keen team player, comfortable throwing yourself into your work and supporting team members
* Ideally, have some agency-side experience and as a result are highly organised and work well under pressure.
This role is based in Edgbaston [easily accessible via public transport] operating on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days onsite, 2 days working from home therefore commutable from Central Birmingham, Solihull, Smethwick, Tyseley, Shirley, Handsworth Wood, Halesowen, West Bromwich, Rubery, Rednal and everywhere in between.
