✓They have a long history in the area and are home to a number of experienced, qualified Architectural professionals
✓They are looking for experienced professionals to join their team to work on a number of exciting new projects ready to kick off in 2023.
✓Typically, projects you will encounter here can range from multi-unit Residential schemes through to Commercial workplace
✓They are particularly proud of the projects they have in the pipeline for the year ahead
✓They are looking for people to share their passion and to truly embrace the culture and prestige of these exciting new developments.
✓Their Liverpool, head-office is home to around 20 members of staff
✓They have ambitious plans to grow the office in accordance with the new projects recently commissioned
✓Please refer to the criteria below on this Project Architect vacancy.
✓* ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect - Approx 1-5 years post-qualification experience.
✓* Ability to be a self-starter and self-motivator.
✓* Experience working as part of a small-medium design team.
✓* Proven experience within the Residential sector [High-rise, multi-unit, housing, masterplanning].
✓* Ability with REVIT would be an advantage, but is not essential
✓Training can be offered.
