Project Architect
Description✓Experienced and capable job running Project Architect required to join a small friendly RIBA Chartered Practice of Architects and Technicians, you will be based in their recently converted contemporary studio space located in Pontefract, West Yorkshire
✓Our client are an established Practice that have garnered a reputation for being one of the go to practices for a variety of repeat clients ranging from first time self-builders to large scale volume Housing developers
✓their friendly and diversly skilled team has enabled them to provide a niche service on projects of any size varying from small refurbishments to large scale residential masterplans, Student accommodation and new build mixed use residential developments
✓The are now looking for a seasoned Project Architect, ideally with a minimum of 5 years post qualification with strong design and technical capabilities, the practice are 100% REVIT based so it's essential the Project Architect is an experienced REVIT user, ideally within the Residential sector to include small housing schemes, through to office - residential conversions, large scale mixed use urban high rise up to 600 units
✓The practice promotes an ethos where all members of the team are visible to the end users and their clients, there for someone with excellent job running capabilities and natural client facing ability would be extremely desirable
✓Career progression opportunities are available for candidates with ambitions to progress into a Senior position, all employees are hands on in the running of the business which offers a great learning experience
✓Salary depending on experience £37,000 - £42,000 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week with the option of flexible working hours and home working
