✓Projects generally tend to be huge in both size and value, covering areas and sectors such as; Airports, large scale Commercial and Mixed Use, Leisure, Workplaces, and multi storey Residential buildings
✓Offering services across the whole Architectural spectrum including; Masterplanning, Urban Design, Landscape and Interiors

✓The Role - Senior Architect
✓The role on offer is for an experienced Architect with approximately 5 years of post qualification experience, ideally already operating as a Senior Architect
✓You will be joining an office of approximately 25 Architectural colleagues, with the intention for you to head up and lead a small team of Architects and Architectural Assistants
✓As the Senior Architect, you will be running large scale Commercial and Mixed Use projects throughout the UK [and potentially internationally], being the main point of contact for clients and 3rd parties.
✓You will be working on projects throughout most of the RIBA cycle of works, from inception through to completion, so a broad and varied background as an Architect would be preferred for this position
✓You will be involved heavily in client liaison, so a confident attitude within client management is essential for this position
✓As a Senior Architect, you will be leading and mentoring more junior level Architects and Architectural Assistants, growing your own team within a friendly and cooperative environment
✓Qualifications, Experienced and Skills Required
✓Fully qualified Architect with UK recognised Part 1, 2 and 3 qualifications.
✓ARB registration and RIBA accredited [desirable]
✓Approximately 5 years of post qualification experience, ideally having operated at a Senior level already.
✓Experience of working on large scale Mixed Use/Commercial projects, ideally both in the UK and/or internationally
✓Proficiency in the use of Revit software is essential.
✓Leadership and management experience
✓In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package dependant on experience, likely to be in the region of £40,000-£50,000 per annum.
