Senior Internal Communications Manager
Description✓Work for a fantastic London based theatre as a Senior Internal Communications Manager
✓As the Senior internal Communications Manager, you will be developing and delivering the internal communications strategy ensuring that it continues to align to the wider Communication Strategy
✓About the role
✓Leading on the internal comms roll out of the theatre's strategy, business plan and values ensuring that this is effectively embedded in the organisation
✓You'll be collaboratively working with key stakeholders, leading from an internal communication perspective on managing the existing work on the intranet and the review of the new intranet from an internal comms perspective
✓You'll be drafting messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form
✓Using evidence and insight to drive improvements to our internal communication channels and oversee a programme of stakeholder feedback to help ensure that all internal communication plans are evidence-based.
✓What they look for
✓Previous senior experience in a communications department
✓Creative and engaging, with copywriting and stakeholder management skills, including making internal communications sound less corporate and more human
✓Experience of managing internal comms in a changing environment
✓Further development and delivery of the internal communications strategy ensuring that it continues to align to the wider Communication Strategy
✓Collaborative and an ability to develop close working relationship with multiple stakeholders
✓Proven ability to prioritize and meet timelines and budgets
✓Demonstrable sensitive, enabling, and supportive communication style with strong networking and relationship skills
✓An extroverted personality who's led successful internal campaigns
