✓They are a seeking a Zund Operator to join their team
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining their Zund cutting machines
✓This role is crucial to their production process, as the Zund Operator will ensure that their products are accurately cut, finished and packed to the highest quality standards.
✓Key Duties and Responsibilities:
✓• Set up and operate Zund cutting machines
✓• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
✓• Use measuring tools to ensure that products are cut to the correct specifications
✓• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform regular maintenance
✓• Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure timely completion of projects
✓• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials needed for production
✓• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
✓Requirements:
✓• At least 2 years of experience as a Zund Operator
✓• Experience with CNC routing, Zund cutting, and other digital cutting machines
✓• Knowledge of technical drawings and blueprints
✓• Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, and micrometers
✓• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
✓• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
✓• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
