✓Location: Coventry
✓Are you an experienced 3rd line support professional or a 2nd liner with the skill set to step up to 3rd line, looking for a new challenge in your career? ✓I’m looking to speak with individuals who have excellent communication skills and high levels of attention to detail
✓You will have an understanding of networking protocols, primarily TCP/IP
✓You must have the ability to monitor Cisco Meraki infrastructure and be able to assist in deployment.
✓Key Responsibilities
✓Work in collaboration with internal and external support teams to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve tickets for all sites across the business
✓Assist in the implementation of a new ticketing system and report on KPI’s when required
✓Effectively handle urgent and sensitive tickets quickly, escalating where required
✓Produce and maintain technical documentation to share knowledge amongst support teams
✓Provide administration of Mimecast
✓Monitor Cisco Meraki infrastructure and help with its deployment
✓The Ideal Candidate
✓Able to offer technical support to a multi-site user base
✓Strong attention to detail
✓Excellent customer service and communication skills
✓Good time management with an ability to prioritise workloads
✓Preferably ITIL certified
✓Knowledge of Cyber Essentials Plus Accreditation
✓Desired experience with:
✓Microsoft Office 365
✓Cisco Meraki
✓Active Directory
✓Troubleshooting Windows 10 or 11
✓TCP/IP
✓Permissions for SharePoint and file systems
✓Endpoint Manager
✓Windows Defender
✓Intune
✓Azure
