7.5T Van Driver
Description✓Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for several 7.5T Van Drivers for our truested partner in Coatbridge.
✓The Role
✓Working as part of a 2 Man Delivery team making multi-drop deliveries around the region, you will deliver solid pre-built furniture to customer’s properties, leaving the product in the customer’s Room of Choice
✓At all times you will represent clients brand with positivity, whilst following and maintaining health and safety procedures to ensure the safe and damage free delivery of customer orders.
✓You will work Monday to Friday, with shifts starting early and taking up to 12 hours to complete.
✓The Person
✓As a professional 7.5t qualified driver, we take it as a given that you will have a good knowledge of EU Driving hours and be able to follow routes whilst maintaining a safe load
✓You will also hold up to date CPC Qualifications and a full driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor convictions.
✓What sets our delivery teams apart from the rest, is their dedication to customer service and to getting things right the first time
✓We expect all our drivers to have excellent customer skills, have a great attitude to all around them, and to have the honesty and integrity to admit when things go wrong
✓You will not be treated like a robot, so you must have the ability to assess difficult situations and self-manage them.
✓The main bulk of deliveries are made up of solid prebuilt furniture, so the ability to manoeuvre such products is a must.
✓ Pay rate is £12.50ph
