✓Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Motor Trade Accounts Assistant
✓Job role:
✓Providing support to the retail centre accountant in all areas as directed.
✓Ensuring the maintenance and accuracy of accounting records and systems.
✓Producing detailed, accurate and timely balance sheet and ledger reconciliations.
✓Credit Control
✓* Allocating Payments
✓* Sending Statements
✓* Chasing Payments
✓* Providing Weekly reports on customer account status
✓Purchase Ledger
✓* Placing purchase orders for the sales team
✓* Matching Delivery notes to invoices
✓* Checking for any invoice discrepancies
✓* Process Invoices onto sage
✓* Check supplier statements
✓* Generate monthly payment list
✓* Chase credits for any returns
✓* Knowledge of Nominal Codes
✓Working knowledge of Kerridge DM system would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
✓Good I.T skills with a sound working knowledge of Excel
✓Analytical/Mathematical skill is a must
✓Salary details - £24,440
✓Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm
