✓Up To £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus!
✓Both 35 Hours & 42.5 Hour Weeks Available Monday - Friday!

✓Family-Run Company, Close-Knit Working EnvironmentWe are seeking an Invoice & Claims Processor to join our Client's well-established Main Dealer in the Heathrow area.
✓They are looking for an experienced Invoice & Claims Processor to join their team and help process daily invoices and claims on the manufacturer platforms and in line with procedures
✓Working alongside the accounts team to ensure any invoice queries are resolved. Our Client is looking for the right person to take pride in their position, hardworking, deliver excellent customer service and be a team player as well as being able to work alone.
✓Our Client is offering the successful Invoice & Claims Processor:
✓A competitive Basic Salary of up to £30,000 + Bonus
✓Monday to Friday – NO WEEKENDS!!
✓Both 45.5 Hours & 35 Hour Weeks Available
✓22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Overtime Paid At x 1.5!
✓Family Run Company Environment - Feel Like Part Of A Team!Duties of a Invoice & Claims Processor with our Client:
✓Process daily invoices and claims on the manufacturer platform
✓Checking and clearing weekly statements and querying any overdue claims not paid or any discrepancies in payments
✓Ensuring all documentation falls in line with manufacturers' guidelines
✓Preparing invoices and warranty claims accurately in accordance with manufacturers' and departmental standards with regard to claim deals and administration of open time, clockings and job card write-ups;
✓Ensuring repair order documentation is fully and correctly completed;
✓Ensuring all policy claims are quickly dealt with and the customer reimbursements are correct;What our Client expects of their Invoice & Claims Processor:
✓Previous experience within an Automotive Invoicing / Claims position
✓Kerridge DMS experience advantageous
✓The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
✓Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
