✓Vacancy - Sales Executive [New and Used]
✓Basic - £16,500 - £18,500 with main dealer exp
✓OTE - 40k - 45k
✓Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 6.00pm
✓Sat - 8.00am - 5.00pm
✓Sun - 10.00am - 4.00pm
✓A fixed day off in the week and weekend on weekend off.

✓Our well-respected client is a leading car dealer group with dealerships covering the Midlands and Northwest.
✓We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team in the West Midlands area, this position is well suited to a person who is looking to join a leading innovative brand and further their career in the automotive retail industry.
✓Based within the sales department, you will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with all areas of sales to achieve the needs and objectives of the business.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Develop and maintain good relationships with customers by exceeding their expectations, achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
✓Actively prospect and follow up all sales opportunities using CA-A and telephone prospecting systems.
✓Sell an agreed volume of new cars per period of time.
✓Achieve the individual volume/profit objectives set by the Sales Manager.
✓Pursue and achieve incremental sales and profit opportunities through the sale of finance, warranty, insurance, service plans, options and accessory sales.
✓Conduct accurate and fair appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange.
✓Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
✓Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales [as required]
✓Ideal candidate and requirements:
✓Target driven.
✓Outgoing personality.
✓Interesting and engaging to customers and colleagues.
✓Good sense of humour.
✓Flexible with the ability to work weekends.
✓Experience of selling and delivering outstanding customer service.
✓Full UK Driving License
