Basic - £16,500 - £18,500 with main dealer exp
OTE - 40k - 45k
Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 6.00pm
Sat - 8.00am - 5.00pm
Sun - 10.00am - 4.00pm
A fixed day off in the week and weekend on weekend off.

Our well-respected client is a leading car dealer group with dealerships covering the Midlands and Northwest.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team in the West Midlands area, this position is well suited to a person who is looking to join a leading innovative brand and further their career in the automotive retail industry.
Based within the sales department, you will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with all areas of sales to achieve the needs and objectives of the business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers by exceeding their expectations, achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Actively prospect and follow up all sales opportunities using CA-A and telephone prospecting systems.
Sell an agreed volume of new cars per period of time.
Achieve the individual volume/profit objectives set by the Sales Manager.
Pursue and achieve incremental sales and profit opportunities through the sale of finance, warranty, insurance, service plans, options and accessory sales.
Conduct accurate and fair appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange.
Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales [as required]

Target driven.
Outgoing personality.
Interesting and engaging to customers and colleagues.
Good sense of humour.
Flexible with the ability to work weekends.
Experience of selling and delivering outstanding customer service.
Full UK Driving License
