Description✓CAR SALES MANAGER – PRESTIGE & SPECIALIST USED CARS – LEEDS - UP TO £35,000 BASIC SALARY + £65,000 OTE & BENEFITS
✓Car Sales Manager required by our client who sells quality prestige and specialist used cars from their showroom in Leeds.
✓If you are an experienced Sales Manager, with experience of selling premium vehicles looking for a new challenge then is can the role for you!
✓This is an amazing opportunity to sell the worlds leading brands of Prestige and Performance Cars!
✓THE ROLE
✓* As a Car Sales Manager you will be managing a team of Sales Executives selling prestige and specialist used cars [typically £30,000 +] ranging from Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Lamborghini, Range Rover, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley to Ferrari, Porsche and Aston Martin
✓* Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintain customer relations
✓* Working to sales targets and managing your team to achieve and excel sales targets
✓* Driving new business and growing sales
✓* Ensuring your team are achieving targets
✓* You will be working from the Leeds showroom
✓THE PERSON
✓* The successful candidate will have experience of managing a team and selling Prestige, Specialist and Sports Cars
✓* Experience of managing a team is essential
✓* A social networker with excellent influencing and negotiation skills and an ability to quickly obtain customer confidence in your advice and guidance
✓* Proven track record of success
✓* You must be dynamic and highly motivated
✓* You MUST be well presented and articulate
✓* Money motivation is naturally essential however our client is looking for someone with ambition who thrives on success and not just on financial rewards!
✓* Target driven
✓* Must have a full driving licence
✓* Live within a commutable distance to the Leeds Showroom
✓THE PACKAGE
✓* £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary [subject to experience]
