Salary: Up to £29,000 basic per annum
Hours: 45hrs a week- Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm [on a rotational basis]
Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 12pm, paid as overtime.
This will be a permanent full-time role reporting to the Transport Controller.

The Role:
* Collecting cars within the agreed timescales, ensuring that the customer receives the very best possible service on collection and delivery of their car.
* Ensure all cash and credit card transactions are accounted for and that all transactions are processed following company procedures.
* Complete forms to indicate any damage on the car, specify accident-related damage and highlight any old damage.
* Take digital photographs and obtain a signature from the customer upon collection.
* Report any defects identified during loading/unloading of vehicles or at the handover of the vehicle to the customer and bring to the attention of the Manager.
* Ensure all jobs are referenced and filed on completion.
About you:
* You will have experience of driving within recovery industry.
* You will be very customer-focused and have great customer handling skills.
* You will ideally have knowledge of the local area.
* You must hold a current valid driving license, which meets the fleet insurance criteria
