About the Role 
Lotus is recruiting an Early Careers Coordinator to join our Talent and Development team, this role can be based from either our Hethel or London office.
The role of the of the Early Careers Coordinator will be to support the Early Careers Manager in the promotion, recruitment and running of the Early Career Programmes.
Key responsibilities include:
Support the EC Manager in activities including recruitment, programmes and events
Manage all early careers enquiries
Assist in the coordination and running of recruitment events
Assist in identification, selection and onboarding of EC talent
Produce management information to support EC activity
Monitor Apprenticeship database
Provide pastoral and career support EC employees during their programme  
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
Knowledge of EC including Outreach
Apprenticeship Digital Account – monitoring, reporting and updating
Ability to work at pace with high attention to detail
Highly organised and capable of prioritising a variety of tasks
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office
