Finance Analyst
Description✓Morgan McKinley is looking for a Finance Analyst required for a well-established business based on the outskirts of Oxford to ensure accurate financial reporting supporting the company's continuing success
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory reporting, tracking those costs managing those cost against budget
✓They will need to perform regular audits and report findings and areas for improvement

✓You will be tasked with the following:
✓Review inventory data to ensure that all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system including accurate valuations in line with company policies
✓Perform regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies including process adherence
✓Compile reports documenting audit findings and areas for improvement
✓Analyse inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving inventory accounting
✓Support finance team with inventory countsWhat you will need:
✓At least 3 years of relevant work experience
✓Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
✓Demonstrable experience and understanding of a manufacturing environment including inventory
✓Strong capability to interrogate data and problem solve
✓Able to provide examples of successfully working within a team including cross-departmental collaboration and problem solving
✓Excellent attention to detail
✓Demonstrable ability to solve problems and deliver information clearly
✓Enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a team
✓Able to take full ownership for identifying and solving financial issues
✓Tenacious, reliable and flexible attitude to work
✓Intellectual curiosity and drive for continuous learning
✓Receptive to change and taking advantage of new technologies/processes What you will get:
