Are you currently a HR Advisor looking for the next step in your HR career?
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager to join our successful and award winning teams at BMW & MINI Chigwell and Harold Wood for the Sytner Group who represent the world's most prestigious car manufacturers and has retail motor dealerships located throughout the UK.
Reporting into the Head of Business, you'll be supported by the dealership management teams, your HR Manager peers across the Division together with our Divisional HR team.
As a senior leader and the people conscience within these sites, we're looking for a HR professional that can role model our values and develop impactful relationships with managers and colleagues across all departments.
Your understanding of employment law, people metrics and good practice will enable you to influence and drive our people plan across all operations; from employee relations and talent to engagement and empowering a high performance culture.
This new role presents the successful applicant with an opportunity to join the UK's largest prestige motor retail group, have multi-site impact and benefit from a competitive package including performance related bonus, Company car, pension and life assurance.
