✓Are you currently a HR Advisor looking for the next step in your HR career?
✓A rare opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager to join our successful and award winning teams at BMW & MINI Chigwell and Harold Wood for the Sytner Group who represent the world's most prestigious car manufacturers and has retail motor dealerships located throughout the UK.
✓Reporting into the Head of Business, you'll be supported by the dealership management teams, your HR Manager peers across the Division together with our Divisional HR team.
✓As a senior leader and the people conscience within these sites, we're looking for a HR professional that can role model our values and develop impactful relationships with managers and colleagues across all departments.
✓Your understanding of employment law, people metrics and good practice will enable you to influence and drive our people plan across all operations; from employee relations and talent to engagement and empowering a high performance culture.
✓This new role presents the successful applicant with an opportunity to join the UK's largest prestige motor retail group, have multi-site impact and benefit from a competitive package including performance related bonus, Company car, pension and life assurance.
