Junior Vehicle Technician
Description✓We are recruiting a Junior Vehicle Technician in the Farnborough area, and they have an opening to join their independently-run Service Centre
✓The Junior Vehicle Technician role comes with a basic salary of £25,000 - £36,000 with fantastic opportunities for MOT training and electric/diagnostic development in the future
✓Working across all makes and models, all brands of all ages but predominately German Prestige
✓They can mould you up to an MOT Tester, but also for training at electric and diagnostic level [all training and hotel expenses paid] in the future
✓Family run approach, no heirs and graces
✓£25,000 - £36,000 basic + bonus and overtime
✓ Key Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
✓Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
✓Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency
✓Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards
✓Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised, and safe from hazards to health and safety
✓Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and efficient manner
✓To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met Minimum Technician Requirements:
✓Have at least 1 year of experience working in a service or fast fit centre as a Technician [or similar]
✓Must have a Driving License
✓A responsibility for the quality and quantity of your work
