Maintenance Manager
Description✓A Maintenance Manager is required to work for a company that provides a global source of specialiSed coatings to a range of different industries including Automotive, Aerospace and Wind Energy among others
✓Offering a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, as well as company pension and ongoing training and support.
✓As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for managing a small team of multi-skilled engineers, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
✓Plan and control resources to progress projects, plant and productivity improvements
✓Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out and ensure that all records are kept up-to-date
✓Control expenditure and work within the budget
✓Prepare and submit monthly engineering reports to senior management
✓Attend meetings with senior management to provide updates on maintenance activities
✓Ensure that all maintenance spares are kept in stock and re-ordered in a timely manner
✓Ensure that all health and safety procedures are always followed
✓Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsAs the manager you will be supporting and leading a team of engineers and to be successful in the role you will have the following experience:
✓Requirements
✓HND/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferable or related discipline
✓Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager
✓Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team with a hands on approach.
✓Ability to plan and prioritise workloads, work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies and breakdowns
✓Computer literate, with experience of using job related softwareIn return you will receive
