✓Position: MET Technician [Mechanical electrical trim]
✓Purpose: The M.E.T Technician will be responsible for performing all the tasks related to removal, replacement, and assembly bolt-on parts required by companies repair plan, and per companies’ repair standards and SOP’s
✓This is a key position to ensure their customers have a world-class repair experience.

✓Production Throughput: Performing all repairs with the highest level of integrity, thoroughness, and completing them perfectly the first time
✓This supports our brand promise of 85% of all repairs completed in 3-days or less.
✓2
✓Problem Solving: Is an active and prepared participant in the morning production meeting
✓Follows up on all assigned action items and communicates effectively to the team.
✓3
✓Customer Satisfaction: Completing all repairs with urgency & accuracy, which will support companies desire to deliver a world-class customer experience.

✓Organised & Safe Workplace: Maintains his/her workspace in an organised and safe manner.
✓Position Requirements
✓*
✓* Must be aligned with the company’s Core Values.
✓*
✓* Must have a valid driver’s license
✓* Demonstrated prior experience supporting company SOP’s
✓* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment.
✓* Engaged in continuous learning and development.
✓* Must be proficient with the dismantling and assembly of damaged vehicles and Air Conditioning.
✓* Experience in investigating and diagnosing vehicle faults.
✓* Experience in working to manufactures methods and specifications.
✓* Ensure work undertaken meets the company’s quality standards and is signed off by a Senior MET.
✓Qualifications and Experience
✓Hold a relevant Industry qualification [ATA, City&Guilds, NVQ 3 or equivalent].
✓Alternatively, training will be given to conform to the industry standard BS10125.
✓Experience with carrying out 4-wheel alignments
✓ADAS system trained
✓Hybrid and electric vehicle trained.
✓Aircon [safe handling and removing of Gas]
