✓£39,000 OTE
✓Working Hours: 5 Day week - 8.00-5.00 pm

✓Our client is in search of a MET Technician to join a well-regarded body shop located in Dunfermline.
✓This position has opened due to the increased workload at the facility
✓We are seeking an individual who is diligent, dedicated, and enthusiastic about contributing to a bustling and successful establishment
✓While having ATA accreditation is preferred, it is not mandatory.

✓MET Technician Role:
✓Perform mechanical, electrical, trim, and bodywork on assigned tasks.
✓Replace and realign panels according to manufacturer specifications and gapping standards.
✓Conduct vehicle diagnostics, apparent faults, and troubleshoot issues.
✓Remove and refit radiators and repair and re-gas air conditioning systems.
✓Straighten panels and apply fillers when necessary.
✓Replace and repair suspension components and perform wheel alignment.
✓Perform ADAS calibration [training will be provided].
✓Identify additional repair work and collaborate with the Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA].MET Technician Requirements:
✓The ideal candidate is a fully qualified MET Vehicle Technician.
✓Essential requirement: Previous experience in a Bodyshop setting.
✓Possession of a valid UK driving licence is mandatory.
✓Prior experience as a MET/Vehicle Technician within a body shop is a must.
✓While City & Guilds, NVQ, or ATA certifications are desirable, they are not essential as experience and quality are paramount.
✓Candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role will be particularly valued.All applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
