✓Supplying an electroplating on plastics service in the UK and working with a range of customers in the Sanitaryware, Domestic Appliance, Brewery, Display, Automotive and Electronics Industries, we have established ourselves as an invaluable member of the supply chain, on average processing and despatching in excess of 40,000 parts a day.
✓The role – the multi skilled operative role will include training in sections below, although you will mainly be working in 1 section you will be required to move to other sections if required
✓Quality Control – visual inspection of small plastic components, marking up components with faults and reporting to team leader, packing items that have passed inspection and completing paperwork
✓Jigging – hooking small plastic components onto Jig and adding to track/production line
✓Assembly – assembling small plastic components, making up kits for showers
✓Machine minding – working at the end of a moulding machine trimming excess materials from plastic components using a lancet, packing components, completing paperwork
✓involves standing for long periods and will be repetitive work
✓working hours - 3 shifts available morning 6am-2pm, afternoon 2pm-10pm, night 10pm-6am
✓not rotating, Monday-Friday
✓also available - 12 hour shifts Saturdays and Sundays only [no weekday working] £10.42 per hour plus weekend shift allowance
✓pay - morning and afternoon £10.42ph - night £11.46ph
