Service Advisor
Description✓Service Advisor - Liverpool
✓We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor for a competitive role in the Liverpool area
✓Some of the key tasks will be:
✓Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
✓Make customers aware of additional products and services available to them
✓Seek to obtain referrals for customers' families and friends
✓Initiate service documentation, job card production and update customer records and follow-up systems
✓Record customer prospect details accurately and in accordance with Data Protection Acts
✓Advise customers on parts enquiries and availability of parts
✓Document all warranty work as per manufacturers' requirements and dealership policy
✓Update customer and vehicle history files to ensure total accuracy
✓Working Hours:
✓08.00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
✓Salary:
✓Starting basic salary is up to £28,000 plus an excellent and realistic bonus scheme giving an annual OTE of £34,600!
