✓We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our successful Aftersales team here at Mercedes-Benz of Northampton
✓
✓As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop
✓You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have
✓You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time
✓You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
✓
✓This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
✓
✓Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
✓About you
✓
✓Don't worry if you do not have previous experience, we want applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress
✓Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Mercedes -Benz to support your career.
✓
✓Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail
✓A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment
✓Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
