✓Stephen James BMW is looking for an organised Used Car Progressor to join the team

✓Your role
✓As the Used Car Progressor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all used vehicles that come through the Used Car Department are logged, prepared, and launched on the website and ready for sale in the Used Car display within three days of arrival onsite
✓You will provide outstanding customer service by understanding the requirements of the Sales team and exceeding their expectations with regards to having the cars ready for demonstration and your knowledge of the vehicles available.
✓The main duties of the role include
✓To be knowledgeable about all the cars that come through the Used Car Department, ensuring they are all prepared, cleaned, photographed and launched on the websites within 3 days of arrival
✓To ensure the Used Car display is of the highest standard liaising with the onsite valeting team to prepare the vehicles and ensuring prices are correct
✓To prepare vehicles for customers once sold, fuelled to agreed levels
✓To complete weekly reports showing the status of vehicles not yet on display
✓To send cars to auction with the correct paperwork
✓To assist the sales team when required
✓Your profile
✓To have excellent communication skills
✓To enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
✓To have the ability to keep up to date with complex information with good analytical and problem-solving skills
✓To be good with administration, diary management and following up within agreed timeframes
✓To have a passion for customer service, have a process orientated approach and be professional and well presented
✓To preferably, have experience in a similar role or as a Used Car Controller in the motor trade
✓To ideally, have previous knowledge using DRIVE/Kerridge/Autoline
✓Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid clean UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 1 year.

✓Salary and Hours
✓Basic salary £26,000 with an OTE of £32,500 per annum [£6,500 bonus over the year payable monthly based on KPIs and audit pass]
✓Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
