✓Our client is a market leader in Protection Solutions and they're currently looking to recruit a Supply Coordinator Automotive Spare Parts and Tools Buyer to source spares and tools worldwide in order to satisfy their customers.
✓Your duties - Vehicle Spare Parts Supply Coordinator:
✓Deliver quotes, bids and tender responses regarding spare parts supply
✓Quote for spare parts sales within the agreed annual mark up
✓Raise part orders for purchasing in response to customer demands
✓Raise purchase orders within the agreed supplier terms
✓Ensure parts are labelled correctly prior to dispatch
✓Resolve any delivery issues / returns
✓Maintain knowledge of supplier terms / pricing
✓Up selling and providing excellent customer service
✓Reporting on sales, workload and any challengesExperience required - Vehicle Spare Parts Supply Coordinator:
✓5 years experience in an automotive parts supply role
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Eligible to obtain SC level security clearance
