Vehicle Test Technician - Connected Car
Description✓Expleo are currently recruiting for an experienced Technician within Connected Car & HMI [Human Machine Interface], to join a leading Automotive Research and Development Team
✓Based close to Milton Keynes / Bedford, you will be working within a dedicated team of development technicians and engineers on an ongoing contract basis
✓This is not your every day workshop environment and you will be a key player in the test and development of future vehicles
✓You will be involved in the preparation, building and maintenance of vehicles or components for test, and supporting testing in static and dynamic conditions
✓Gathering accurate test data, you will analyse test results and report on the quality of the software.
✓Background, skills and experience required for the Connected Car Technician role:
✓* Educated to City & Guilds / IMI / NVQ Level 3 or higher - ideally within Electrical, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
✓* A good understanding of vehicle diagnostic tools
✓* A keen Interest in the latest smartphones and applications
✓* Proficient in Microsoft office, including Powerpoint and Excel for producing reports
✓* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
✓* Valid UK / EU Driving licence
