Description✓Warehouse Supervisor , permanent position, circa basic 28K with OT available paid at x1.5

✓Location of the Warehouse Supervisor position: York
✓A growing engineering company in the York area are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities
✓This role does not require you to manage or supervise people - but being resposible for the Stores area
✓You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits
✓You will be someone that can work to high standards and thrives to ensure daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.
✓Duties of the Warehouse Supervisor opportunity:
✓Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods
✓Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
✓Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy
✓Interface with internal customers to answer questions or solve problems
✓Maintain items records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project stores status
✓Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
✓Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
✓Increase and maintain stock accuracy records
✓We would welcome individuals to apply who have worked within engineering or manufacturing environments who have held positions such as Stores Manager or Stores Supervisors, Warehouse Manager.
