Description✓Workshop Controller
✓Workshop Controller required for Automotive Successful multi-franchise car dealer in the Gloucester area.
✓Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department, the successful Workshop Controller will have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
✓Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid as overtime.
✓The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Controller is £32,000 pa DOE.
✓Duties of a Workshop Controller
✓Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
✓Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
✓Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
✓Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
✓Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work. The Successful Workshop Controller will
✓Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Controller role
✓Strong Leadership skills
✓A full and valid UK Driving Licence
